Do you travel into the Grand Canyon National Park?

Due to the uncontrollable nature of the wait time at the front
gate of the Grand Canyon and to ensure our Taxi Shuttles are not delayed
and run on time. Our scheduled Taxi Shuttle service does not pick up or drop
off inside the Grand Canyon National Park.

Where we drop off just outside the Grand Canyon you can easily obtain low cost
or free shuttle bus service into the park.

We do offer unscheduled Taxi Shuttle service that does pick up and drop off inside
the South Rim of the Grand Canyon National Park. Please use our "QUOTE" button

Where do your Taxi Shuttles pick up and drop off in
Tusayan, Grand Canyon Village, Arizona?

Our scheduled Taxi Shuttles pick up and drop off at the Grand Canyon IMAX Theater
in front next to the National Park Service (NPS) Free Shuttle Bus Stop.

Located just one mile from the front gate of the Grand Canyon National Park, during summer
months you can take the Free NPS Shuttle into the park, and during winter months you can take
the Xanterra Parks shuttle into the Grand Canyon.

What are your pick up and drop off locations in Flagstaff, Arizona?

We currently provide scheduled Taxi Shuttle service in
Flagstaff, Arizona at the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport and Flagstaff Greyhound Bus Station.

Do you provide service to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport?

We do not provide service to and from Phoenix at this time. Our
Interline partner at the Flagstaff Greyhound Bus Station does provide transportation
to and from Phoenix with several schedules each day. Please call 1-928-774-4574

Since you have a no-refund policy, what happens if my flight changes or is cancelled?

For Fixed Route Scheduled Taxi Shuttle customers we cannot offer any refunds for any
delays pre or post our services.

For Private Taxi Shuttle reservation customers we do not offer refunds, yet we have
a lot more flexibility if you are faced with a problem from another transportation company
or other issue out of your control. We are more than willing to work with you in this case to
ensure your transportation needs with minimal additional expense.

Our no refund policy is based on the fact that we guarantee our services to you. We are known
as one of the few on time reliable transportation companies in Northern Arizona. The only reason
we would provide a refund is if we fail to provide our service to you. As of May 18, 2015
we have not had to refund a single customer.

For us it is simple, we love happy customers and we love great reviews.
We will and have gone out of our way to ensure that we are the least worry
of your entire trip. You can feel confident that your transportation needs
have been fully taken care of when booking with Williams Taxi and Shuttle.
