Do you travel into the Grand Canyon National Park?

Due to the uncontrollable nature of the wait time at the front
gate of the Grand Canyon and to ensure our Taxi / Shuttles are not delayed
and run on time. Our scheduled Taxi / Shuttle service does not pick up or drop
off inside the Grand Canyon National Park.

Where we drop off just outside the Grand Canyon you can easily obtain low cost
or free shuttle bus service into the park.

Where do your taxi/shuttles pick up and drop off in
Tusayan, Grand Canyon Village, Arizona?

Our daily scheduled Taxi/Shuttles pick up and drop off at the Grand Canyon IMAX Theater
in front next to the National Park Service (NPS) Free Shuttle Bus Stop.

Located just one mile from the front gate of the Grand Canyon National Park, during summer
months you can take the Free NPS Shuttle into the park, and during winter months you can catch
the Xanterra Parks shuttle into the park.

What are your pick up and drop off locations in Flagstaff, Arizona?

We currently provide daily scheduled Taxi Shuttle service in
Flagstaff, Arizona at the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport and Flagstaff Greyhound Bus Station.

Do you provide service to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport?

We do not provide service to and from Phoenix at this time. Our
Interline partner at the Flagstaff Greyhound Bus Station does provide transportation
to and from Phoenix with several schedules each day. Please call 1-928-774-4574

Since you have a no-refund policy, what happens if my flight changes or is cancelled?

For scheduled Taxi Shuttle customers we cannot offer any refunds for any
delays pre or post our services.

For Advanced Taxi Reservation customers we do not offer refunds, yet we have
a lot more flexibility if you are faced with a problem from another transportation
company or other issue out of your control. We are more than willing to work with
you in this case to ensure your transportation needs.

Our no refund policy is as a result of a very small group of people that caused
us to have to make this rule.

Basically for us it is simple, we love happy customers and we love great reviews.
We will, do, and have gone out of our way to ensure that we are the least worry
of your entire trip and that you can feel confident that your transportation needs
have been fully taken care of.
